A still from show Diya Aur Bati Hum

Mumbai, June 01, 2015 (Online News Ind Team): With children as a part of the unit, the sets are always bubbling with fun and laughter. Same is the case on the sets of Star Plus’s popular show Diya Aur Bati Hum which recently introduced many young characters.

“The children make the whole shooting atmosphere a lot more fun. I personally love to spend time with all the kids and even my character is shown bonding very closely to all of them. They even gang up against me at times and take over my phone, play games on it draining out it’s battery in no time” says Deepika Singh a.k.a IPS officer Sandhya Rathi.

All the actors also seem to be getting along really well off screen with the arrival of the young ones. “The children are always full of energy and in between shots too thanks to them we end up doing something or the other like eating together or playing games like dumb charades” the actor sings off.
