Mumbai, June 29, 2015 (News Team): The highly speculated leap in Star Plus’s popular show Ye Hai Mohabbatein has finally postponed on fans demand. The recent announcement of the show taking a leap along with major changes in the storyline did not go down well among the fans of the show. The adorable character of Ruhi, Ishita and Raman’s daughter would have been discontinued had the leap taken place. 

Fans across nation took to various social networking sites to express their resistance. The makers of the show reportedly heard them which had made them think it over.

The plot of the show had connected well with audiences and thus the news of the leap came as a jolt for many. Ye Hai Mohabbatein is currently one of the most watched shows on Indian television. The show starring Divyanka Tripathi and Karan Patel has become a phenomenon of sort among the television viewers thanks to the characters, story, actors and many other factors.

To announce the postponement of the leap, Divyanka Tripathi and Anita Hassanandani who play the roles of Ishita and Shagun took to their respective social media platforms to announce and voice their excitement about the leap being called off for now. On popular demand, a fresh new track to take the story forward is being put into action.
