Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh releasing cover page of Brahmbodh magazine of Art and Culture in Shimla on 25 May 2017

Shimla, May 25, 2017 (Online News India): Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today released cover page of Brahmbodh magazine of Art and Culture published by ‘Brahmnaad’ Trust, an Art and Performing Academy in Mumbai. The Chief Minister while congratulating the young publisher said that there was a dire need to pass on the culture and the traditions to the future generations so that they could know about their ancient civilizations.

He said that those civilizations, who fail to preserve their customs and traditional heritage, fade away with passage of time.

Rupak Mehta, Director and Publisher of the magazine said that the Trust had taken up the challenge to uphold, sustain and preserve Indian culture and traditions in its pure and divine form.

Divyangna Mehta, wife of Rupak Mehta, who hails from Manali and has remained Miss Himachal and Miss Bharat, said that the volume-III of Brahmbodh magazine would also have a chapter on rich traditions and cultural heritage of Himachal Pradesh.

Urban Development Minister Sudhir Sharma was also present on the occasion.
