Ludhiana, June 14, 2015 (Neel Kamal Sonu): These summer vacations are going to be different for kids as Pavilion organizing a summer fiesta for the young ones at Ludhiana. Filled with fun activities, exciting games, band performances and magic shows, the summer fiesta is drawing crowd from all over the city. Not only are the kids excited but their parents are equally enthusiastic. Many of these activities are not just fun but also make children learn new arts. Workshops for painting, clay art, cooking, paper clock making and paper photo frame making are giving children a platform to learn with fun. To keep everyone engaged, there are magic shows, treasure hunts, tattoo artists and puppet shows as well. Next Sunday, people will enjoy live Sufi band performance in the mall along with activities centred on Father’s Day.
As part of this extravaganza, cooking classes for kids were being held in the last few days at Pavilion by renowned chef Nellu Kaura who shot to fame when she won LG Mallika-e-Kitchen in 2010. This is being followed by “Mom and Me in Kitchen” contest Today. The kids were enthralled to learn exciting recipes which will give them a chance to explore their culinary skills and also make cooking a fun for them. The classes included recipes for making sandwiches, cookies, eggless brownie, mexican salad with nachos, mango melody smoothies, crusty mango strawberry shortcakes, tangy kiwi tarts and much more. Kids were really excited and looking forward for the forthcoming activities of this carnival at Pavilion.
